Worldcoin recently launched a new cryptocurrency tied to its digital identity platform, offering proof of humanity and online authentication. Users can register via the World App for the distribution of the "WLD" token and must verify their identity with iris biometrics through Worldcoin's “Orb devices,” available in 35 cities across 20 countries, that generate a “Worldcoin ID.”
